Gentle Yoga - I

Explore the beautiful union of breath and movement while nurturing our bodies through gentle, floor-based postures designed to enhance flexibility. Focus on lengthening postures, gently stretching and releasing tension from your muscles and joints. Slowly move from the floor to standing postures, with an optional sprinkle of balance postures for a touch of grounding and stability. An array of props and modifications are provided to make this practice accessible and enjoyable.

Gentle Flow - III

Gently flow through a series of postures with a more unhurried pace, allowing you to transition from one pose to the next with grace and ease.

The magic of Gentle Flow lies in the synchronization of your breath and movement. You'll find that this softer, more deliberate rhythm empowers you to be fully present with each posture. It's not about rushing through the motions, but about savoring every moment, feeling the subtle nuances of each stretch and strengthening as you flow.

Yoga 101 & Beyond - II

In this class, we leave no pose unexplored. Each posture is examined in detail, ensuring you grasp the nuances that make it unique. We believe in the power of modification, offering support whenever it's needed, making the practice accessible to all.

For beginners, this class is the key to building a sturdy foundation. You'll master the basics and cultivate confidence in your practice. For experienced yogis, it's an opportunity to refine your techniques, push your limits, and deepen your practice.

Gentle Flow + Yin - II

Soothe your nervous system in this nourishing, energy balancing yoga class. Connect gentle, flowing movements with breath in the first half of the class, promoting the release of excess energy and transitioning you into a state of rest. The second half of class includes longer held, supported Yin postures, designed to release connective tissues in the body promoting deeper relaxation and stillness.

Yin Yoga - I

In this gentle and introspective practice, we invite you to surrender to the present moment and embrace the power of longer-held poses. In a faster paced class, we often miss connecting with the posture, breath and deeper muscles. Yin yoga applies emphasis to slowing down and holding passive stretches in the postures. This in turn releases tension and opens the connective tissues of the body, tendons, fascia and ligaments resulting in increased circulation and flexibility, improved joint mobility, and a profound sense of calm.

Meridian Yoga Therapy - I

An invitation to learn about the meridian pathways and a practice to restore the physical and emotional body. Utilizing a therapeutic hatha-yoga sequence that integrates the meridians and acupressure points into a traditional asana practice. Each session starts with techniques to activate and stretch the pathways, followed by a guided gentle warm-up. The practice then continues with a nurturing and strengthening sequence of traditional Hatha Yoga postures, incorporating various self-acupressure points to restore the flow of Qi within the body. Through this practice that combines Yoga, Meditation, and Chinese Medicine, we can learn to heal ailments within ourselves. This relaxing and refreshing class is accessible and open to all levels.

Living Yoga - II

Fortify your yoga practice by immersing yourself in the postures, cultivating a comprehensive and deeper understanding. Within this structured and traditional environment, you will meticulously refine your alignment, with a keen focus on enhancing balance, building strength, and elevating self-awareness. "Living Yoga" offers the perfect space for your practice to flourish and thrive.

Yin & Sound - I

Explore the slow, soothing practice of Yin where we hold relaxing poses for longer periods. Cozy props like cushions and blankets are used to help you find a comfortable and supported position. Yin yoga isn't about pushing your limits; it's about letting go and experiencing a deep, soothing stretch.

After the Yin sequence, you'll be enveloped by the gentle embrace of soothing crystal singing bowls during an extended savasana.

Beginning Yoga - I

Discover the fundamental building blocks of a yoga practice. Learn breath techniques, mindfulness practices, and proper alignment, ensuring that each pose feels natural and comfortable in your body.

What sets our Beginning Yoga class apart is the time we take to explicitly teach each pose. You'll never feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, you'll have the space to explore each pose at your own pace and to connect with your unique experience during the practice.

Hatha - III

In Hatha yoga, postures are often held for several breaths or longer, allowing you to deepen the stretch, build strength, and focus on your breath. After holding a pose, you'll typically release and rest briefly before moving on to the next.

Hatha yoga pays careful attention to correct alignment of the body during postures and is known for its adaptable nature, making it accessible to practitioners of various skill levels.

Gentle Hatha - II

A contemplative practice of Hatha Yoga. Slowly and gently hold poses for a while to get the most benefit. This is not just stretching the body, this is engaging with it at every level. While in a posture, the focus is on gaining intimate knowledge of the body and its bio-energies: observing the thoughts, emotions, sensations, and actions that arise in and around, while remaining non-reactive.
